Introduction

The bubble point tester can measure the material's maximum punch (bubbling point) rapidly and accurately. The instrument is easy to use and fully automated to produce reproducible and accurate results. And the instrument can be used for R&D and quality control from the world wide industrial use of PMI (PMI), from the automotive manufacturing industry to the paper industry. Samples include safe air bag material, filtration medium, and felt.

Principles
◆ Place a completely wet sample in the sample chamber and seal the sample room.
◆ Then the gas flows to the back of the sample chamber sample. The pressure is measured.
◆ The pressure is sufficient to push the liquid through the largest hole, and the initial air flow is determined as the bubbling point pressure.
◆ The bubble point aperture is calculated by the bubbling point pressure.
