Building a good fabric penetration tester requires some expertise and skill. Here are the general steps:

Materials and tools:
1. Penetrant products: choose suitable reagents suitable for fabric penetration testing, such as water-soluble dyes.
2. Reaction Vessels: Use high quality containers such as glass beakers or test tubes.
3. Fabric Sample: Select a fabric sample that has been cleaned and flattened, making sure there is no previous coating.
4. Test equipment: temperature regulator, stirrer, timer, etc.

Production steps:
1. Sample preparation: Cut the fabric sample to a certain size to ensure that the sample size is consistent.
2. Temperature control: Set the temperature controller within an appropriate temperature range according to the requirements of the penetrant and the test needs. This step can be optional according to the requirements of different penetrants.
3. Permeate concentration: According to the experimental requirements, mix the permeate with an appropriate amount of solvent (such as water) in a specified ratio to prepare a permeate with an appropriate concentration.
4. Reaction vessel preparation: Pour the prepared permeate into the reaction vessel for subsequent operations.
5. Start the test: Immerse the fabric sample completely in the penetrant, making sure the fabric is completely covered and free of voids. Stirring the liquid facilitates penetration.
6. Response time: According to the need, set the appropriate reaction time and use the timer for timing.
7. Observation results: After the set reaction time is over, take out the fabric sample and observe the distribution of the permeate on the fabric, the color change, etc.
8. Result analysis: According to the observation results, analyze the distribution degree and color change of the permeate on the fabric, and conduct qualitative or quantitative analysis as required.
9. Results record and report: record test results, and write a detailed penetration test report, including test methods, results, observations and analysis, etc.

It should be noted that the specific methods and steps of fabric penetration testing can vary depending on the application environment and testing purpose. When making and implementing a fabric penetration tester, it is recommended to refer to relevant standards, methods and professional knowledge to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test.
