G501 Leather Flexing Tester Operation Procedure

G501 Leather Flexing Tester is used for testing the flexing resistance of leather, artificial leather and coated fabrics for shoe uppers, garments, bags and handbags, automobiles and furniture.

 

1. Set up the instrument: according to the test requirements, adjust and set up the parameters of the leather flexure tester, such as loading force, test speed and so on. Ensure that the instrument is in normal working condition.

 

2. Sample preparation: Cut the leather sample to be tested into standard size and fix it on the test fixture. Make sure the surface of the sample is smooth and undamaged.

 

3. Start the test: Place the test fixture on the working table of the Leather Flexibility Tester. Start the instrument and allow the fixture to start applying force and perform the flexing test.

 

4. Record Test Data: During the test, record key test data such as flexural force, flexural bend angle etc. It may be necessary to use software or the logging function on the instrument to record the data.
