  F101A Extreme Oxygen Index Tester is used to measure the combustion performance of various textiles,including woven,knitted,non-woven fabrics,etc.It can also be used to measure the combustion performance of plastics,rubber,paper,etc.

  Operation:
 
  1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
 
  2.Remove the sample fixture;
 
  3.Fix the test sample in the fixture;
 
  4.Connect and fix the fixture to the bottom fixture;
 
  5.Place heat-resistant glass over the fixture;
 
  6.Cover the aluminum box on the top of the glass bottle;
 
  7.Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface;
 
  8.Conduct oxygen and nitrogen cleaning;
 
  9.Set the oxygen concentration value;
 
  10.Use an igniter to ignite the sample inside the heat-resistant glass bottle;
 
  11.Start timing;
 
  12.Stop timing when the sample burns to a certain mark on the scale;
 
  13.Remove heat-resistant glass and fixtures;
 
  14.End the test and turn off the instrument.
