　　G233A 45°Combustion Tester is mainly used to test the flame retardant performance of fabrics such as clothing textiles,toy fabrics,and soft furniture fabrics.

　　Operation steps:

 

　　Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

 

　　2.Place the test sample into the fixture and secure it;

 

　　3.Place the fixture containing the sample into the test box;

 

　　4.Hook one end of the cotton thread with a weight,and then connect it through the wire loop,fixture hook,fixed coil,and other positions;

 

　　5.Adjust the position of the sample clamp;

 

　　6.Use an igniter to ignite the burner;

 

　　7.Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface;

 

　　8.Set ignition time;

 

　　9.Start the experiment;

 

　　10.The igniter automatically ignites and the test sample begins to burn;

 

　　11.After five seconds,the timer will automatically start;

 

　　12.When the cotton thread is burned off,the weight automatically falls down,and the timing ends to determine the burning rate;

 

　　13.Click to print;

 

　　14.After the test is completed,remove the sample fixture and turn off the instrument;

 

　　15.After the detection material catches fire;

 

　　16.The flame propagation time in the 45 degree direction,the intensity and speed of material combustion,and the classification of product flammability to evaluate the combustion performance of the product.
