　　G184 Shoe Bending Tester is mainly used to test the room temperature bending resistance of finished shoes and soles/pieces.It is an instrument for testing the bending resistance and resistance of various textile materials.

　　Testing process:

 

　　Install the finished shoe or sole on a fixture,conduct a bending test at a certain angle and frequency,measure the cracks(openings)and opening length of the sole and collar after a certain number of bending cycles,and observe the changes in the upper of the shoe.

　　Operation steps:

 

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

 

　　2.Install the prepared sample into the fixture;

 

　　3.Turn on the instrument switch;

 

　　4.Set the counter value;

 

　　5.Start operation;

 

　　6.The instrument begins to perform bending tests on the sole of the sample shoe;

 

　　7.When the set value is reached,the instrument automatically stops;

 

　　8.Remove the sample;

 

　　9.Turn off the instrument;

 

　　10.At the end of the experiment,take the sample for analysis and comparison to evaluate the overall bending resistance of the shoes.
