G271 Leather Friction Color Fastness Tester is used to measure the color fastness performance of various leather colors to dry and wet friction,and is widely used in the leather industry.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Loosen the fixture;
3.Mount the sample onto the fixture;
4.Tighten the clamp nut;
5.Adjust and fix the position of the sample on the fixture;
6.Install the friction felt inside the friction head;
7.Put down the testing head to make the felt pad in contact with the sample;
8.Load the weight onto the test head;
9.Start the instrument;
10.Set the number of transmission cycles and start;
11.The square wool felt performs reciprocating friction on the leather on the friction platform;
12.Automatically stop when the set number of turns is reached;
13.Disassemble the fixture and remove the sample;
14.End the test and turn off the instrument;
15.At the end of the experiment,take off the sample and perform a staining gray card ratio on the wool felt,and a fading gray card ratio on the sample to evaluate the grade.
