G286 Medical Mask Synthetic Blood Penetration Tester is used to measure the resistance of daily protective masks such as medical surgical masks,disposable masks,and civilian masks to synthetic blood spray penetration,and to evaluate the mask's resistance to synthetic blood penetration.

Main parameters:
1.Spray distance:adjustable from 300mm to 305mm;
2.Spray nozzle diameter:0.84mm;
3.Spray speed:450cm/s,550cm/s,635cm/s;
4.Injection pressure:10.6 kPa(80 mmHg),16 kPa(120 mmHg),21.3 kPa(160 mmHg).
Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Fix the mask onto the protruding fixture;
3.Start switch;
4.Set the timer time;
5.Adjust the air pressure;
6.Adjust the height of the nozzle;
7.Start launch;
8.The liquid is sprayed horizontally at a certain pressure and distance towards one side of the tested mask(only the operation steps are shown here,and blood is used for the actual test);
9.After the experiment,remove the sample and check if there is penetrating synthetic blood on the inner side to evaluate the anti blood penetration performance of the mask.
