G376 Fabric Shading Tester Operation

G376 Fabric Shading Tester is used to measure the light transmittance of a fabric under a certain amount of strong light irradiation through the sample,and to calculate the shading rate by comparing it with the illuminance without the sample.

Usually,after adjusting the brightness of the light source to 10000(1X),installing the sample,measuring the illuminance transmitted by the sample,and calculating the shading rate(%)according to the following formula
Shading rate(%)=(1-I1/I0)×one hundred
I1:Illumination after installing the sample(lx)
I0:Illuminance without installed specimen(lx)
Operation:
Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Set the lighting intensity and click the light on button;
3.Adjust the light source intensity on the side of the machine to approach the lighting setting value;
4.Place the test sample under the light source;
5.Click on the end of the experiment to obtain the transmittance and shading values;
6.Click the save button to view the data;
7.Print out the paper and check the values;
8.Turn off the lights and end the test.
