　　Operation:
 
　　1.Firstly,prepare the weights and test samples;
 
　　2.Fix the Velcro strap on the surface of the roller;
 
　　3.Fit the two rollers together;
 
　　4.Add weights;
 
　　5.Set the timer;
 
　　6.The roller rolls and the adhesive buckle continuously adheres and peels off;
 
　　7.The timer ends and the roller stops working.
