T103 Chrysler Low Temperature Folding Tester Operation

 

　　Execution standards:

 

　　LP-463KB-28-01 Method A

 

　　Operation:

 

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

 

　　2.Use a 1.96 N weight to verify the force of the spring on each workstation;

 

　　3.Install the samples into three workstation fixtures and tighten them in place;

 

　　4.Turn on the instrument switch;

 

　　5.First,manually jog to check the operation status of the workstation;

 

　　6.Set the number of test run cycles;

 

　　7.Start the instrument;

 

　　8.The sample is continuously subjected to folding testing;

 

　　During the testing period,the speed of operation can be controlled by adjusting the knob;

 

　　10.When the set value is reached,the operation automatically stops;

 

　　11.Remove the sample from the fixture;

 

　　12.After the experiment is completed,turn off the instrument,remove the sample,analyze and compare it to evaluate the low-temperature crack resistance performance of the stacked material(when the instrument is working,the test bench is placed in a low-temperature environment).
