T104 Chrysler Bending Tester Operation

T104 Chrysler Bending Tester is used to test the adhesion of coating materials on the substrate by bending and folding,that is,the mechanical stability of the coating.Design based on Chrysler Laboratory Test Method LP-463LB-9-01.This experiment characterizes the adhesion of coating materials on substrates of vinyl coated fabrics and leather.It can also test the cracking,whitening,cracking,and layer separation of vinyl coated fabrics,leather,unsupported vinyl,and other soft decorative materials.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Fix the test sample in the fixture;
3.Fix the sample in the same way to the other two workstations;
4.Move the bottom fixture up along the slide rail;
5.Fix the other end of the test sample;
6.Load the load weight;
7.Fix the bottom of the test sample in the same way for the other two workstations;
8.Open the instrument and enter the operation interface;
9.Set the number of track transfers and start;
10.Conduct bending tests on the samples;
11.Automatically stop transmission when reaching the set value;
12.Remove the samples from the three workstations and observe the samples;
The second testing method:
1.Folding specimen method;
2.Disassemble the folding sample fixture;
3.Fix the test sample in the fixture;
4.Set the transmission value and start it;
5.The fixture performs cyclic folding and pulling on the test sample;
6.When the set value is reached,the transmission will automatically stop;
7.Take the sample for observation;
8.Turn off the instrument,complete the test,remove the sample for analysis and comparison,and evaluate the bending and folding resistance of the sample.
