　　T111 Scratch Sesistance Tester For Artificial Boards is used to evaluate the shear,scratch,planing,scraping,and carving properties of materials.Its application areas include:rigid organic materials,plastics,artificial boards,glass,and so on.

　　GB/T 17657-1999,ISO 4586-2,JIS K6902,Federal series standards Terrazzo 90322-9E-1,UNI 9428,AS/NZS AS2924.2,ASTM C217,CEN series standards,DIN 53 799,DIN 68 861-4
 
　　Operation:
 
　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
 
　　2.Adjust the scale to the appropriate height based on the thickness of the sample;
 
　　3.Install the test sample on the turntable and fix it;
 
　　4.Move the weights to a certain position according to the testing needs;
 
　　5.Start the instrument;
 
　　6.Set the number of rotations and start;
 
　　7.The scraping head continuously rubs against the sample;
 
　　8.Automatically stop when reaching the set value and remove the sample;
 
　　9.After the experiment is completed,turn off the instrument and evaluate the material's scratch resistance performance by analyzing and comparing the sample results.
