hot wire combustion testing machine main parameters

The hot wire combustion testing machine is used to detect the thermal stress caused by heat sources or ignition sources such as hot elements or overload resistors in a short period of time, in order to evaluate the standard level of related products.
Applicable standards:
IEC60695-2-10-13, GB/T5169.10-13-2006 "Basic test methods for hot wire/hot wire, hot wire test apparatus and general test methods"; UL746A, IEC829, DIN695, VDE0471.
Main parameters:
1. Temperature range: 500-1000 ℃, digital adjustable;
2. Temperature error: ± 10 ℃ (500-750 ℃), ± 15 ℃ (750-1000 ℃), temperature measurement instrument accuracy: ± 0.5 level;
3. Temperature sensor: Φ 0.5K armored thermocouple, imported thermocouple;
4. Apply pressure to the sample: 0.8N~1.2N, and limit the depth of pressing to at least 7mm;
5. Timing range: adjustable within the range of 0-99 minutes and 99 seconds;
6. And it has a timer with ignition time (Ta, generally set to 30 according to standard requirements), second holding time (Ti), and flame extinguishing time (Te);
7. Time error: ± 1s;
8. Igniting cushion layer: 10mm thick white pine wood board, covered with 12g/m2~30g/m2 standard silk paper, 200mm ± 5mm below the burning wire.
