  The automotive interior material droplet characteristics tester is a testing instrument for detecting the thermal radiation and droplet performance of products. It is developed according to the French building materials and railway vehicle flame retardant testing standard NF P92-505, and meets the requirements of the EU 95/28/EC automotive interior material fire resistance testing standard.

  Experimental principle:

  By applying 30KW/m2 thermal radiation to the sample through an upper radiation heat source, combustion of the released gas is triggered.

  Main parameters:

  1. Stainless steel radiator bracket, capable of rotating at 90 degrees for quick testing, equipped with a height gauge for measuring the distance between the sample and the thermal radiation device, making it easy to adjust the test height;

  2. Epiradiator thermal radiation device, capable of providing 30KW/m2 thermal radiation flux;

  3. The panel displays the operating power value of the thermal radiation device, eliminating frequent calibration procedures, and the power controller controls the radiation output;

  4. Adjustable thermal radiation device with radiation flux, equipped with samples and cotton trays, adjustable height and easy evacuation of radiation sources.
