Reference standard for leather rubbing color fastness tester

The leather friction color fastness tester is used to perform friction color fastness tests on leather surfaces to determine the degree of damage to the leather surface and the amount of color transferred from the sample to the friction pad. This instrument can be used for dry friction tests with a dry friction pad, or for wet friction tests with a wet friction pad that has been humidified with distilled water or sweat.

Main features:

This instrument can be used for dry friction tests with friction pads, and can also be used for wet friction tests with wet friction pads treated with distilled water or sweat.
2. The wear resistance of the upper sole material can also be tested with this instrument. This type of test can be performed by replacing the felt pad with a small special-shaped rubber friction pad. Normal wear, especially when the wearer crosses his legs or the sole of one shoe is placed on the other shoe, can cause wear on the shoe material.
3. Simple operation. The sample is placed on the test platform and fixed with the provided clamp. The matching knob and percentage scale on the machine test table are adjusted to produce pre-tension. The square friction piece is mounted on the clamp at the end of the friction head, and the friction head is lowered to the sample surface. When the instrument reaches the preset cycle, the counter equipped with the machine can stop the machine.
