The zipper load pull reciprocating fatigue tester can be used to test whether it can withstand the specified number of reciprocating pull operations under the action of transverse and longitudinal tension. During the test, the machine drives the zipper pull head at a constant speed to make 30 reciprocating movements per minute until the specified number of times.

As a comprehensive modern technology enterprise, Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales, training and services. It strives to bring various testing instruments to the market, including textile, leather, combustion, automotive interior, and exterior accessories, material environmental climate aging, and other testing instruments. The company also provides non-standard customization services. Customers can conduct targeted tests according to their own needs before purchasing to ensure the applicability of the purchased instruments.

Technical parameters:

1. Number of reciprocating times: 30 times/minute

2. Reciprocating stroke: 75mm

3. Clamp size: 25mm horizontal width, 10mm vertical width, 1.5mm pitch, 0.2m tooth top width

4. Distance between two clamping devices: 6.35mm

5. Total weight of longitudinal clamping device: 0.28-0.34kg

6. Specimen opening angle: 60°

7. Specimen meshing angle: 30°

8. Counter: 0-999,999

Test method:

(1) Top stop strength test

Interlock the zipper teeth and pull the slider to the upper stop. Pull the slider. At this time, the strength of the zipper top stop can be measured. This simulates the ability of the zipper to resist external force when the slider passes over the top stop or moves the top stop from the rib when the zipper is held.

(2) Test of the locking strength of the slider

The slider is self-locked in the middle of the connecting teeth. The zipper teeth are divided into two parts, left and right. The zipper on the left and right sides is stretched to test the locking strength and the resistance of the internal components of the slider.

(3) Test of the bottom stop strength of the zipper

Pull the slider to the bottom stop. The zipper teeth are divided into two parts, left and right. Pulling the zipper teeth on the left and right sides can measure the force required to destroy the bottom stop and the resistance of the internal components of the slider.

(4) Test of the horizontal pull strength

The horizontal pull strength is a basic strength indicator used to test the ability of the zipper teeth to resist lateral forces in the interlocking state, which is very similar to the actual use state.

(5) Test of the combined strength of the slider flap

Apply a force perpendicular to the slider flap until the slider flap separates from the slider body. The value recorded at this time is the combined strength of the slider flap.

(6) Open-end horizontal pull strength test

The open-end zipper insert and socket are tested to see if they can resist external force damage. The clamps fix the left and right sides of the open end respectively. When the zipper is closed, the machine is started.
