The thermal conductivity tester for high-temperature materials is mainly used to test the thermal conductivity of refractory insulation materials such as textiles, ceramic fibers, felt boards, bricks, etc. at different temperatures.

As a modern technology enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, training, and services, Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering more testing instruments to the market, providing testing instruments for textiles, leather, combustion, automotive interior and exterior trims, material environmental climate aging, etc., and non-standard customization is also acceptable. Targeted tests can be carried out according to customer requirements before purchase to ensure that the purchased instruments are applicable.

Comply with the following standards:

GB/T 17911-2006 "Refractory Materials - Test Methods for Ceramic Fiber Products"
YB/T 4130-2005 "Refractory Materials - Test Methods for Thermal Conductivity (Water Flow Plate Method)"

Experimental parameters:

1. Dimensions of thermal conductivity meter: 780mm*780mm*1360mm

2. Heating furnace test temperature: 200℃-1250℃

3. Temperature accuracy: ±1℃

4. Number of test pieces: 1-4 pieces

5. Power supply voltage: 380V, 50HZ

6. Air switch: 380V, 16A

7. Large measuring range: range (0.03-2.00)W/(m2K)

8. Drying and heat treatment: Dry the sample and the pad at 110℃±5℃ to constant weight, or treat according to the process requirements of the product

9. Flowmeter parameters: Mainboard flowmeter: (2.5-25) L/H 20℃; Guard plate flowmeter: (2.5-25) L/H 20℃; Water supply flowmeter: (10-100) L/H 20℃

Test steps:

1. Turn on the water bath: turn on the power switch-circulation switch-refrigeration switch in sequence, and set the cold plate temperature

2. Turn on the computer, enter the main interface of the thermal conductivity coefficient tester, click the "Enter" button, and enter the measurement interface (when the software prompts to turn on the power, turn on the switch on the right side of the back of the tester)

3. On the left side of the operation interface, enter the test unit name, tester, and specimen name, and related parameters in sequence

4. Set the hot plate temperature: In the hot plate temperature box, fill in the required test temperature

5. The specimen thickness is the average of two measurements during the placement of the specimen. The preheating time is generally 30 minutes, and the test time is generally 150 minutes

6. Click the "Start Experiment" button to start the experiment

7. After the measurement is completed, the system will automatically give the test results and test report, save or print the relevant report

8. Exit the experiment, exit the program, turn off the water bath: turn off the refrigeration switch, circulation switch, and power switch in sequence

9. After the measurement, take out the specimen, put it in the protective plate, and return the equipment to its original position

10. Clean up and put the instrument away. Before leaving the laboratory, make sure all power sources are turned off
