Introduction to Functionality

Standard International Group (HK) Limited is pleased to introduce our cutting-edge Protective Clothing Acid and Alkali Resistance Test Equipment. This equipment is specifically designed to assess the acid and alkali impermeability of permeable protective clothing, ensuring the safety and efficacy of protective gear in hazardous environments. Our test equipment adheres to the highest industry standards, delivering accurate and reliable results.

Compliance with Standards

Our Protective Clothing Acid and Alkali Resistance Test Equipment is fully compliant with GB 24540-2009, the standard for protective clothing for acid and alkali chemicals. This ensures that all test results are recognized and accepted by regulatory bodies and industry professionals.

Technical Parameters and Specifications

Our test equipment boasts impressive technical parameters that set it apart from the competition:

  • Test Solution: Utilizes 80% concentrated sulfuric acid with the ability to test different concentrations of acid and alkali.
  • Rising Rate of Test Solution: Precisely controlled at (60 ± 3) cm/min to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing.
  • Maximum Pressure: Capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 150mm liquid column, with a maximum acid pressure exceeding 150mmH2SO4 (80%).
  • Measuring Range: 0 150 mm liquid column for general testing and 0 150 mmH2SO4 (80%) for specific acid testing.

Detailed Operating Procedures

Operating our Protective Clothing Acid and Alkali Resistance Test Equipment is simple and straightforward:

  1. Sample Preparation: Extract three samples from the finished protective clothing, each with a diameter of 32mm.
  2. Initial Contact: Position the sample with the reagent contacting it from vertically below.
  3. Pressurization: Continuously and stably pressurize the reagent to apply the necessary force for testing.
  4. Observation and Recording: Observe the sample carefully and record the hydrostatic pressure when the third liquid bead appears on the surface.
  5. Repetition: Each sample should be tested three times to ensure accuracy, with the static pressure value obtained by taking the arithmetic mean of the three results.
