Electrostatic Voltage Attenuation Tester is an instrument suitable for measuring the electrostatic properties of fibers, yarns, fabrics, carpets, decorative fabrics and other kinds of fabrics or various plate-shaped finished products.
Under laboratory conditions, it is suitable for measuring the electrostatic properties of fibers, yarns, fabrics, carpets, decorative fabrics and other kinds of fabrics or various plate-shaped finished products. The main instrument consists of corona discharge device and probe detector.
Using a given high-voltage electric field, the fabric is discharged for a fixed time to induce static electricity, so that the static electricity quantity, the half-life of static voltage attenuation and the static residual quantity can be detected to show the electrostatic performance of the tested fabric.
The Static Honest Meter is an analytical arithmetic unit, which obtains the electrostatic attenuation curve through the electrostatic tester, automatically calculates the half-life of voltage attenuation, and automatically measures the electrostatic attenuation of materials by single-button operation.
The following functions can be realized after connecting a personal computer:
① setting of attenuation rate (half-life is usually set at 50%): 2 ~ 100%
② Computer data storage of test data
③ temperature and humidity data are automatically saved to the folder
④ Voltage coordinates? Time coordinates can be enlarged or reduced at will
It is suitable for measuring all sheet samples such as film, sheet, silk thread, cloth, carpet and glass.
