The sublimation color fastness tester can test the ironing color fastness of the fabric and the dimensional stability under dry heat conditions. It can also test the sublimation fastness. The temperature and the distance between the heating plates are adjustable. The electronic temperature controller and precise control are adopted. The weight of the upper heating piece, the temperature of each pair of test pieces can be independently controlled.

Applicable standards:
  ISO105X11P01, BS1006, AATCC92114117133, GB/T57186152, DIN5402254060, JISL0879L0850

   Test principle:
   Dry pressure test: The dried fabric sample is heated under a specific temperature and time under load.
   Semi-dry pressure test: The dried fabric sample is first wrapped with a wet undyed cotton cloth, and then heated at a specific temperature, time, and load.
  Wet pressure test: The soaked fabric sample is first wrapped with a wet undyed cotton cloth, and then heated at a specific temperature, time, and load.
  Technical characteristics:
   1. The sample is placed between the upper and lower heating plates. The temperature of the upper and lower heating plates is accurately controlled by independent controllers. The distance between the heating plates and the weight of the upper test piece are controllable.
   2. The test temperature range is 120-230℃, with a timing alarm function to accurately control the sample time.

  The main parameters:
  1. The heating area of the sample: 50mm×110mm;
  2, sample pressure: 4kPa±1kPa;
  3. Time setting: 0.01s~99.99H, resolution is 0.01s;
  4. Temperature setting: set arbitrarily within the range of room temperature to 220℃;
   5. Heating time: less than 30min from room temperature to 110℃;
  6. Temperature control error: ±1℃;
  7. Experimental hot plate: Specification W100×D40mm aluminum (same upper and lower);
   8. Temperature adjustment: digital temperature regulator, min display 1°C (upper and lower);
   9. Heater: Cartridge heater 100V150W (one upper and lower one).
   The following takes M&S P10 standard as an example to introduce the test method:
   1. Cut the fabric to 20×20cm size.
  2. Determine the test temperature according to the heat-resistant properties of the fabric, set the test temperature, and set the time to 30s.
   3. After the machine has warmed up and reached the set temperature, open the upper panel and press the timer switch to turn on.
  4. Put the sample in, make sure it is flat, and the timer will start automatically after the panel is covered.
   5. When the set time is reached, the buzzer will sound, turn off the timer switch, and open the upper cover to take out the sample.
   6. Measure the size of the fabric after the test with a scale with an accuracy of 1 mm, and calculate the rate of dimensional change.
   7. If you need to repeat the test, repeat steps 3-6.
