The main disadvantages: the former requires regular lubrication, while the latter is It cannot be guaranteed that the synchronization of the transmission will affect the test results.
4. The power source (motor) of the tensile testing machine is also called a motor. At present, some tensile machines on the market use ordinary three-phase motors or variable frequency motors. This kind of motor adopts analog signal control, inaccurate positioning, slow control response, and general adjustment. The speed range is small. If there is a high speed, the low speed is lost or if there is a low speed, the high speed is lost, and the speed control is not accurate, which greatly reduces the accuracy of the test.
5. The measurement and control system of the tensile machine (that is, software and hardware). At present, most of the measurement and control systems of the tensile machine on the market use 8-bit single-chip microcomputer control, which has poor anti-interference ability and low sampling rate.
