Operating procedures:
determination of slippage:
1. Install each component to the position shown in the figure. First put the tester in a horizontal position, adjust the angle between the upper panel and the lower panel to (30±2)°, and then adjust the lower mouth of the funnel so that the projection of the center point from the lower edge of the inclined panel of the tester is (200 ±2)mm, the opening of the bottom of the funnel faces the operator. Pour an appropriate amount of test solution into the funnel, make the funnel wet, and wash the funnel twice with the test solution, then let it go and set aside.
2. Take a sample to be tested, cut off the elastic bands (including the three-dimensional edge protection) on both sides, and then place the sample on the inclined panel of the tester flatly, with the use side facing up, and the back of the sample on the inclined surface. On the top of the panel, measure 100mm on both sides of the center point of the built-in absorption layer of the sample as the test surface. Fold the outgrown parts to the upper and bottom of the inclined panel respectively, and fix the sample with four stainless steel clamps. No steel clamps are allowed. Obstruct the flow of the solution. Adjust the height of the funnel so that the lower end of the lower mouth is 5mm-10mm away from the surface of the sample, and then place a beaker under the tester to collect the solution that flows down after the sample has penetrated.
3. Use a graduated cylinder to accurately measure the test solution, take 50mL for baby diapers/pads, and 60mL for baby diapers, pour them into the adjusted standard discharge funnel for baby diapers, diapers/pads; adult diapers, diapers /Pad Take 150mL, and pour it into a standard discharge funnel for adult diapers, diapers/pads that have been adjusted. Then quickly open the funnel door to the largest, so that the solution flows freely on the surface of the sample, and flows along the inclined plane into the beaker. After the solution is finished, close the funnel door and wipe the bottom of the funnel to make it free of solution. Measure the solution in the beaker (accurate to 1 mL) with a graduated cylinder as the test result. If the test solution flows away from the side of the sample, the sample is invalid, and another one is taken and tested again.
4. Calculation of experimental results: the slippery volume is expressed by the volume (ml) of the sample's unabsorbed test solution, each sample is measured 7 pieces, the large value and small value of the 7 pieces of test results are removed, and the other 5 pieces are used as arithmetic The average value is taken as the final test result, to 1ml. Note: If there are less than 2 of the 7 samples (not including 2), the result can be retained, but it should be noted in the test report.
Determination of the amount of re-infiltration:
1. Pour an appropriate amount of test solution into the funnel, moisten the funnel, and wash the funnel twice with the solution, let go of the solution in the funnel, fix it on the stand for use, and the lower opening of the funnel faces the operator. Take a sample to be tested, unfold it in a natural state, and place it on a piece of filter paper of known mass that is large enough and place it under the funnel, so that the projection of the center point of the bottom of the funnel is away from the center point of the built-in absorbent layer of the sample. The vertical distance is 5mm-lOmm. Accurately measure the test solution with a graduated cylinder, measure 40mL for baby diapers below S type (including S type), measure 60ml for M type, and take 80ml for L type or above (including L type), pour into the adjusted baby diapers and urine In the standard discharge funnel for tablets/pads; take 150 mL of adult diapers and pour them into the adjusted standard discharge funnel for adult diapers and diapers/pads.
2. Turn on the power, and then quickly open the funnel door to the largest size to allow the solution to flow freely on the surface of the sample, and press the "Start" button under "Second Injection Time" at the same time to start timing, and the buzzer will beep after 5 minutes (Press the reset button to stop the beeping), the "second injection time" chronograph automatically starts to count the next five minutes, and then use the above funnel to inject the test solution again, the liquid volume is the same as before, and the second five minutes is up. The buzzer sounds (press the reset button to stop the beeping), quickly put several layers of filter paper with a known mass of φ110mm (until the upper layer of filter paper does not absorb liquid) on the surface of the sample, and at the same time put the strips of φ100mm, 1.20kg Press the standard briquette on the filter paper, press the "Start" button under the "Pressure Time" to start timing, remove the standard briquette when pressurizing for 1 min, and weigh the quality of the filter paper with a balance. Press the reset button to reset the "pressurization time". Close the door of the funnel after the test, and wipe off the solution remaining at the bottom of the funnel.
