Filtering device: A sand core filter is installed at the outlet of the brine tank to ensure that the nozzle is clean and prevent clogging.

 

Nozzle: The nozzle is made of high-quality quartz glass, sprays fine mist particles, and continuous working without crystallization

 

Spray pressure device: The test box is divided into two levels of pressure regulation, namely, air inlet pressure regulation and spray pressure regulation. And is equipped with an oil-water separator.

 

Salt mist sedimentation collection: The test chamber can be equipped with clean collectors according to the standard requirements, and the salt mist sedimentation rate is 1～2ml/80cm2·h.

 

Quick mist exhaust: The cabinet is equipped with an independent program-controlled fan mist exhaust system, which can suck external air into the test chamber and exhaust the cabin gas to the outdoors. After the test, the residual salt mist in the air can be evacuated within 15 minutes.

The standard air pressure should be suitable for fine fog and heavy fog.

 

In order to avoid salt accumulation, it is strongly required that the air humidity at the nozzle be at least 58%. According to the automatic operation, the boiling water tower that the cyclone dust collector maintains for a long time should have very small bubbles and a temperature of at least 35°C. The temperature should not be too high to prevent too much water from entering the natural environment test chamber, and it should not exceed the required operating temperature.
