The multi-function scratch resistance tester is a test instrument for the scratch performance of various automotive interior materials.

Technical Features:

1. The instrument consists of a motor drive mechanism, a scraping component, a sample holding fixture, etc.
2. Scraping components include scraping brackets, scraping fingers, scraping positioning sleeves, pressure devices (weights and weight support rods), etc.
3. The instrument can freely install, replace, and disassemble scraping fingers of different specifications, and can implement uniform unidirectional linear scraping motion under different loads.
4. The test process is automatically controlled by embedded system and man-machine interface operation, and the precision servo motor and ball screw drive are used, which plays a decisive role in the control accuracy of the scraping speed under the relevant standards.
5. Tungsten carbide material is used for scraping fingers to increase the service life of the instrument.
6. Made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, the appearance is simple, lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
Scraping principle:

This test method is used to test the ability of surface materials to resist damage caused by finger scratching. According to the fingernails or other hard substances that may come into contact with the material, the scraping fingers of different materials are used to act on the surface of the sample with a certain pressure according to the specified direction, stroke and speed, and the scraping head and the sample move relative to each other, resulting in Unidirectional, non-reciprocating linear scratching track, parallel between scratches. Finally, the scratch sensory rating of the material, the color difference between scratched and unscratched areas, or the minimum scratching force when the sample surface is damaged.
