Packaging container deformation pressure and burst pressure tester

Burst pressure tester specifies the terminology, classification, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum aerosol cans. This standard applies to the caliber of 25.4 mm, the volume is not greater than 1 000 mL, made of aluminum aerosol cans.

Third, the test method.
In the sample tank filled with water, insert the sealing head, screw (clip) tight, the tank will be filled with water and gradually increase the pressure to the deformation pressure value, hold for 10 s, observe the tank body has no permanent deformation. Continue to increase the pressure to the burst pressure value, hold for 10 s, observe whether the tank burst.
