1. Dust stuck on the condenser will make the high pressure switch of the compressor trip and cause false alarm;

2. The ground around and at the bottom of the fuselage shall be kept clean at all times to avoid accidents or equipment performance degradation caused by large amount of dust inhalation into the unit;

3. When opening and closing the door or taking the sample from the test chamber, it shall not contact the sealing strip on the door;

4. Check the core refrigeration system of the test box once a year, check whether there is any leakage in the copper pipe, and whether each connector and interface is responsible for leakage. If there is, please inform the manufacturer;
 

5. The humidifier and water tank of the cold and hot impact test chamber shall be cleaned frequently to avoid scale generation and influence the steam emission. Generally, the humidifier and water tank shall be cleaned once after each test. Timely removal of scale is conducive to extending the life of the humidifier pipe and ensuring smooth water flow; Use a copper brush to clean, and then use water to clean;

6. The power distribution room shall be cleaned and overhauled more than once a year. The looseness of nodes will make the whole equipment in a dangerous working state, from burning components to fire, alarm and life safety;

7. The dry and wet ball gauze should be checked frequently. When the gauze becomes hard or dirty, it should be replaced in time. It is recommended to replace it every 3 months;

8. The water pipe of the waterway is a device that is easy to block and leak. It is necessary to regularly check whether there is water leakage and water blockage. If there is, please eliminate it in time or notify the manufacturer;

9. The water stored in the humidifier shall be replaced once a month to ensure clean water quality and smooth water flow;

10. When the test product time is up, the product must be taken out with the machine off and the workers must wear dry, electricity proof and moisture resistant gloves.
