Several points for attention during installation of explosion-proof salt spray box

 

1. Power supply: AC220V 50Hz Power: about 4KW;

 

2. The machine is placed about 50cm away from the wall. The left and right sides shall be properly reserved for maintenance.

 

3. Before the main power line of the machine, please install another non fuse switch or knife switch.

4. The mist exhaust pipe can be extended to the outside along a PVC hard pipe with a diameter of 50. Pay attention to the installation of the mist exhaust pipe, which should be inclined downward from the height of the pipe orifice.

 

5. The installation position of the machine should avoid direct sunlight, so as not to affect the test conditions.

 

6. This equipment is made of PP flame retardant plastic to prevent collision. The operating temperature should not exceed the range of the test standard to avoid deformation due to overheating.

 

7. Overtemperature alarm: In case of overtemperature alarm, the laboratory or saturator will be protected against overtemperature, and the operating power will be cut off. Please check whether the temperature of the temperature instrument is set too high or the temperature of the temperature control is set too low. If the overtemperature alarm continues after resetting, please notify the company for handling.

 

8. Low water level alarm: when the low water level alarm occurs, the water shortage of the laboratory or saturator will be protected, and the operating power will be cut off. At this time, check whether the water level of the pure water tank is low, and whether the drain valve of the laboratory or saturator is not closed.
