1. Click the button to return to the main control page to enter the main control interface.

2. Click the start test button to enter the test control interface.

3. Take out the pretreated sample, place it on the stainless steel net on the sample placement tank, and close the combustion chamber door.

4. Click the start test button, the sample holder will automatically move in place and ignite automatically. At this time, the timer counts separately. There are sample ignition button, sample extinguish button, sample burn button and sign blur button in the phenomenon timing area. , click the button and count the corresponding time respectively; in the phenomenon mark area, there are sample melting button, sample dripping button, sample foaming button and sample charring button, click the button and count the corresponding combustion characteristics respectively.

5. After the 4min test time is up, the sample branch will be automatically returned and a single test report will pop up. Click Save at the bottom of the page and click OK.

6. Open the exhaust valve and click the exhaust button. After the exhaust gas is exhausted, open the door to remove the residual material and replace it with a new sample. After clicking the reset button, repeat the above operations to complete the remaining two test operations.

7. After finishing three times, click the test summary table button, the system will pop up the test summary table, click the drawing curve in the summary table to complete the SDR smoke density development curve.

8. Click OK at the bottom of the report, return to the test control interface, click the print button, if the USB flash drive is inserted, the report will be transferred to the USB flash drive, if the printer is connected, the report will be printed, and the data reset will clear the test data, and you can Do the next test.
