Taber abrasion tester speed setting method

There are two kinds of taber abrasion tester: single grinding wheel abrasion testing machine and double grinding wheel abrasion testing machine. The test speed can be selected as 60 or 72rpm. The selected speed is used as the default value of each test until the speed is reset. shown on the display. It is a test equipment independently developed and produced by Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. In addition, when the speed of the tester needs to be changed, the instrument must be in the shutdown state (the display screen in the running state or grinding state must display Stopped).

 

1. Press MENU to display the menu selection (see menu below)

2. Press 1 in the menu selection and select Change speed;

3. Using the number keys, select "1" for 60rmp and "2" for 72rmp, marked with an asterisk (*) to indicate the current default speed.

4. Press START to start the test.

 

The speed of the tester is measured in revolutions per minute, with one revolution representing one week of turntable rotation (the factory default speed is 60rpm).
