Scope of application:

1. It is suitable for measuring the shear rate of plastics and polymer materials and the fluidity of melt under the action of shear stress under certain temperature conditions, including the apparent viscosity of thermoplastics and the apparent viscosity of thermoset materials

2. This rheometer is a computer measurement and control intelligent capillary rheometer, which can work under constant pressure, constant speed, constant temperature, different heating rate, different temperature, different shear rate, etc., and can automatically determine the pressure, temperature, speed and other detection parameters of different plastics under different die environments through software. The software automatically draws curves, and saves and prints the data

3.Can be customized according to user requirements of different specifications (low temperature type, high temperature type, different pressure, different rod diameter, etc.) models. This machine is low pressure, single indenter, single column structure

 

System composition:

The system structure design adopts single column swing head table design to ensure structural strength and easy cleaning. Transmission structure adopts Taiwan brand precision ball screw to achieve kinetic energy transmission, speed control system adopts AC servo system to achieve accurate displacement and pressure control. The heating unit adopts spiral heating wire as a whole heating, and the whole temperature of the cylinder is uniform. The high-tech measurement and control system and software interface are simple and intuitive, which can set the test mode, and related operating parameters, and display the relevant curves and calculation results in real time
