Introduction
Contact heat property tester/ heat protection property tester uses one key testing method . It is mainly used to determine high temperature contact heat resistance performance of firefighter uniform, heat protection glove and similar fire fighting material.
Principle
Testing material contacts with a certain temperature heating cylinder, record the time of temperature rise 10℃, trough this threshold time to determine the material high temperature resistance capacity. It obtains the material temperature rise threshold time quick and accurately, can be used to guiding the heating protection material develop and property evaluation.

1.High temperature resistant heating cylinder(Φ25.2mm) with sensitive temperature sensor and temperature set device, can set heating cylinder at any temperature from room temperature to 500 ℃.
2.Heating cylinder covered with insulation material, effective heat insulation, avoid heat spread quickly cause testing result distortion.
3. There is load weight above the heating cylinder, provide 49N contact pressure.
4. Aluminum made anodizing temperature meter(Φ25mm,5mm), accuracy ±0.1℃;
5. Temperature meter carry the specimen raise and contact the heating cylinder, move velocity
5mm/s,control accurately;
6.One key test, LED display specimen initial temperature, real time temperature and specimen raising 10℃ threshold time, display accuracy ±0.1s.
