Applications:

This machine is used for the point-to-point resistivity test of anti-static work clothes and anti-static fabrics, complying with different testing standards such as national standards and European standards. It is equipped with the TEST V1.6 dedicated testing software, which can realize online operation, automatically complete the sample test according to the standard regulations, process the test results, edit and print the test reports.

Product Information:

  1. Resistance measurement range: 104Ω ~ 1016Ω.
  2. LCD display: Surface resistance, temperature, current, voltage, test time, and test sample data can be input; units can be switched (mm, cm, m).
  3. Built-in test voltage: Any value from 0 - 1000V can be set.
  4. Basic accuracy: < 1G ± 1%; >= 1G ± 3%; >= 1T ± 10%. The accuracy deviation values in different ranges are different.
  5. Operating environment: Temperature: 0℃ ~ 40℃, relative humidity < 80%.
  6. Internal test voltage: Any value from 10/50/100/250/500/1000V can be set.
  7. Power supply: AC 220V, 50HZ, power consumption is about 5W.
  8. Measurement mode: Manual/automatic range. With PC testing software (optional), USB communication interface, and the software interface synchronously displays, analyzes, saves and prints data!
  9. Common electrode (fixture) device options:
    Type A: Heavy hammer electrode (for point-to-point resistance test of fabric surface)
    Type B: Ring combination electrode (for fabric surface resistivity test and fabric vertical resistance test)
